The year 2019 was a very specialyear for the City Montessori School which holds my heart for nearly 20 years. It was the 60th Anniversary for the Jagdish and Gerta Gandhi couple who had founded the magnificent CMS 60 years ago with only 5 students. Now with 18 campuses in lucknow with 58,000 students they are trying to train millions of Total Quality persons to bring peace and unity to the whole world. This might be a dream for us but not for them. They were sharing all their experiences with the participants. The only thing we could do was watching their great success with wet eyes and hurrays. Long live dearest couple. You deserve all good things not only now but in the future in heaven. I love you and I admire you.
By the way, I got two very precious gifts from the year of 2019.
One was getting the title of Associate professorship within the field of “Higher Education”. I am so happy to hold such a title on the 44th year of my teaching profession.
The other was the “Institutional Excellence Award” to my Association for Innovative Collaboration 8YİMEDER) by the Award committee of te world Council for Total Quality & Excellence in Education (WCTQEE) within the fifth year of its establishment. We will work harder from then on to conduct the total quality issues and work to all community through various projects, trainings and printed materials. Thank you WCTQEE.
